## What we do

OfficeCleaners.co.nz is an independent New Zealand directory and matchmaker. A business sends one brief; we match it to up to three vetted commercial office cleaning providers who quote on the work directly. The provider holds the cleaning contract; we are not a sub-contractor and do not take a cut of the cleaning fee.

## How we are paid

We are paid by providers on a per-introduction basis, never by the business that sends the brief. There is no markup on quotes. Providers disclose the introduction arrangement in their proposal.

## How we screen partners

Partner cleaning teams confirm public liability insurance (NZ$2m minimum), employer registration and PAYE compliance, and police-vetting protocols for staff who hold after-hours access. We re-confirm annually.
