How daily after-hours access works
Nightly rotation almost always runs 6pm-6am, configured around the building manager's alarm and lift-key regime. The provider holds a building-issued swipe card per cleaner, registered to your tenancy. Cleaner arrives, disarms (or is escorted in), works through the scope, re-arms on exit. For CBD tower work, the building manager usually requires a one-time security induction per cleaner — the provider absorbs this paperwork. Weekend cleaning is not part of the standard 5-night contract; it's a separate add-on at 25-50% labour premium.

Why 5 nights and not 7? +
Most offices are empty Friday night through Sunday, so Saturday cleaning would be cleaning an already-clean space. The 5-night Sunday-to-Thursday rotation hits Monday morning fresh and runs through Friday morning fresh.
Can I do daily on a 100 sqm office? +
You can, but it's often overkill. At that size, 3x weekly delivers 90% of the benefit at 60% of the cost. Step up to daily once you cross 200 sqm and have 8-10 daily staff.
What does the cleaner do every night? +
Vacuum, mop hard floors, sanitise all desk surfaces and door handles, full bathroom service (toilets, basins, mirror, restocking), kitchen wipe-down (counters, sink, microwave exterior), all rubbish and recycling out, hand-wash chair arms and reception touch-points. NOT included nightly: carpet shampoo, hard-floor recoat, oven / fridge deep-clean, exterior windows — those run on quarterly cycles.
Are public holidays charged? +
Most providers skip public holidays in the 5-night base contract — you get 11 fewer cleans per year at no fee adjustment. Some bill the public holiday clean separately at 50% labour premium; confirm on the proposal.
