Privacy notice

OfficeCleaners.co.nz collects personal information so that we can match your cleaning brief with suitable providers. We collect only what you give us in our brief form: name, business name, contact details, and the details of the office you want cleaned.

Who we share it with

We share your brief with no more than three vetted commercial cleaning providers who cover your area and office type. Providers we use are bound to handle your information only for the purpose of preparing a proposal.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request correction, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@officecleaners.co.nz.

Cookies

We use a minimal analytics cookie to understand which pages help businesses find us. No cross-site advertising trackers.

Complaints

If we don’t resolve a privacy concern to your satisfaction, you can take it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
