Same scope as a daily, on a reduced rotation. The most common mid-contract for hybrid teams with 2-3 office days a week.
Good fit for hybrid teams 100 - 500 sqm.
A single deeper visit each week. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, rubbish out, glass touch-ups.
Right for small offices 50 - 150 sqm.
Hot-water extraction for carpet; scrub-and-recoat or strip-and-seal for vinyl, polished concrete or timber. Usually scheduled quarterly on top of a base contract.
Standalone or add-on.
Property-manager-grade make-good clean: blinds, vents, partition glass, kitchen deep-clean, carpet shampoo, window interiors. Specced against your make-good clause.
Project-priced.
Interior and ground-floor exterior window service. Above-ground exterior windows usually go to a specialist abseil/EWP team — we’ll flag this in the brief.
