No contractual relationship with providers

Any cleaning contract you enter into is between you and the cleaning provider directly. OfficeCleaners.co.nz introduces providers but is not party to the cleaning contract and is not responsible for the work performed.

Accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to keep coverage, accreditation and contact information accurate, but cannot guarantee that every page is current. If you spot a problem, tell us at hello@officecleaners.co.nz.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficeCleaners.co.nz is not liable for any loss arising out of the cleaning service itself, including damage to property, theft, or service interruption. Your remedy in those situations is against the provider, not the directory.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes are heard in the New Zealand courts.
